All you have to do to tie up with us is sign a dealer agreement. Three documents are needed to sign it: Tax Identification Number, Regon No. and abbreviature of the company's National Court Register entry. Signing the dealer agreement does not impose any minimal order values on our partners.

If a single order amounts to over net PLN 1,000.00 Promise covers freight expenses.

Below we present cooperation rules that depend on the order value:

Order value of net PLN 5,000.00 and less:

• Dealer agreement and promissory note agreement.
• Minimal cooperation period of 2 months.
• Minimal monthly purchases of net PLN 1,500.00.
• The money is to be transferred within 2 weeks.

Order value above net PLN 5,000.00:

• Dealer agreement and promissory note agreement.
• Minimal cooperation period of 4 months.
• Minimal monthly purchases of net PLN 2,000.00.
• The money is to be transferred within 2 weeks.
• No term infringement possible.

Placing complaints:

If the complaint concerns an APN Promise PLC product, please fill the form placed below before sending us the questionable item. On your clicking the 'SEND FORM' button the data will be sent to our logistics department. Our employee will contact you at the latest on the next day in order to accept the complaint and arrange the complaint procedure.

Caution: Complaints lodged without filling the form will not be accepted.
